Scandinavian Society for Biomaterials (ScSB) wants to stimulate networking between the different stakeholders in Scandinavia, and around the Baltic area interested in Biomaterials in general. Colleagues in the Scandinavian and Baltic regions are invited, although others may attend our meetings.
We organise annual Scandinavian Scientific Meetings with the ambition to socialise, enjoy life, and promote networking. Professionally we claim to cover most aspects of biomaterials research, from education to materials science to preclinic and clinic. Of special interest is of course to identify the ‘state of the art’ in this very field.
The meetings are originally supposed to circulate between Sweden, Denmark and Norway, but the ScSB Board doesn’t exclude meeting at other places or locations. By organising each annual meeting in different countries, we hereby facilitate networking and growth of science within that particular country. For convenience and economy, the meeting frame is a lunch – lunch meeting, and we try to hold the fees affordable.
